The Hairdressers

This evening Dups and I went into the centre of the city, to see what has been happening in there, as it has been sometime that we have both visited the area.
So many vacant places now, and very hard to imagine what was there before.
In Gloucester St, opposite the Library, is this hairdressers. Hurricane fences surround it and the other nearby buildings. I imagine this has not been touched since the earthquakes of February 2011. Maybe the owners have been in and got out the valuable stuff, and the rest has been left, and dirt and debris just gather around.
The advertisement board still stands on the street. It was a dismal place to be.
