Nearly derelict !

Looking for a quick blip and found the dead Flower head from the ice plant. Derelict Sunday, I don’t think so, because Apart from having new shoots at the bottom of the plant already coming through the ground, the old flower head has tiny new buds!!! How Bizarre!!!!!
