Still got energy

Ok so I missed Yoga tonight because of being late home in traffic (accident as usual)....so I decided to take Mr Jax for a walk. He hasnt been on one in a while (I am way too slack). But we did have a nice walk and saw lots of people out and about. So he was very happy when we got home. After a five minute break though he was ready to play again....I wish I had his energy!!
