Budding

A warm day with showers early this morning - 7am - and heavy rain since 4.30pm. Right now the sun is shining again and the evening bird sing is glorious.

Up early this morning to receive the man who has fixed our leaking water filter. Fortunately one of the filters was due for changing so able to get that done as well and will not need any more servicing until January 2014.

Apart from a quick trip to get a coffee I have enjoyed a day at home. The leak from the water filter had required the cupboard in which it resides to be emptied of the objects which share the space and so I took the opportunity to wipe the shelving down a repair torn lining etc. So now we have one very clean fresh cupboard...too many more to follow.

Going to treat myself tonight with an Indian takeaway. Not much on TV so may get to catch up on my commenting right here in Blipland.....
