A fantastic ride

with my two buddies.

After all the excessive indulging over Christmas it was good to get out on the bikes and burn some of it off.

Jason is over from Bilbao to see his family and it's always good to have a catch up with him, I can't keep up with him on the hills as he is super fit but he does wait at the top. 

Cheese cob and a pint of Enville Ale went down a treat at the brief stop at the pub. It will be another six months before I see Jason again so have a good half of year mate.

I did undo some of the good work by enjoying myself at the Price/Mansell annual Christmas get together. Wonderful lasagna by Kath once again and we enjoyed party games until the early hours.
