Urban Eyesore

This building is right in the centre of Bacup, Lancashire.  It used to be F.W.Woolworth and opened in 1932.  I don't know when it closed, but it was quite a long time ago (before the relatively recent demise of the stores) and has been unoccupied and deteriorating for years and years.
Bacup was awarded £2m by the Heritage Lottery Fund to improve Bacup Town Centre and quite a lot of work has been done - however - this eyesore remains.
In October 2017 the owners were given 6 months to repair and renovate - nothing happened.  In June of this year they were served with a notice to carry out the required work which was to be completed by 26th November. As you can see, nothing has been done.
I wonder what will happen next.
