Glowing to Manchester.

Another day off from work, still suffering from this dratted cold and tiredness. So I just did a bit of shopping for the bits I need to make Xmas gifts for the girls in work. And napped. That goes without saying.

Wrapped up warm tonight and me and Dan headed to the Christmas markets in Manchester. I've never done the markets as part of a couple..it was nice! Kate_Lib APPROVED.

We had a bit of a mooch around the shops and then did the markets and the Town Hall. In our bid to do things together that frighten us a bit ...we had planned to take the Town Hall Clock Tower tour as we are both a touch acrophobic. But it wasn't on tonight. Oh well ;-)

We went to Pizza Express however it was rammed so we ended up getting take out....but not before we had a Glühwein (Glow Wine) Blip is me all happy and smiling at Dan! We lOVED our Manchester mugs that you rent and take from stall to stall. Obviously ours are now here...ready to be packed in my handbag next time we hit the Christkindlmarkt.

A lovely Xmassy night, it's nice to know there are more to come.
