parkrun day

My 2nd parkrun birthday. 

I arrived at the park early enough to catch a frosty, foggy sunrise (see extra) but I had to choose a picture of a four legged participant and their festively dressed human.

I'm having to re-think my parkrun goals for 2019 as my knee is taking longer than I'd hoped to recover but I have no intention of not participating in one way or another.
