In The Frame

I was driving pass what was left of this pedal cycle, in Newport (Wales, UK)  that was locked to a lampost and as I've a small mind and it amused me, so I stopped to take a photograph!

One presumes the cycle was complete when it was padlocked but the owner must have been surprised to see anything removable had been taken!
