VIEW UPON OUR TOWN

In the morning with the mist above the rivers!
We had a quiet morning and in the afternoon we were invited by our friend Antje. In her home the Christmas tree so prettily decorated, the lights in the form of big stars.
She had baked a delicious vegan apple cake, and we drank herbal tea.
Her lovely dog Lily slept almost all the time at our feet.
So much to tell, so much to listen to. So much to understand.
She borrowed us a book written by Byron Katie, with the title A mind at home with itself. Finding freedom in a world of suffering. An author we had not heard before of.
