Nose out the door job

Taken early this morning. 
I finally rang the Surgery at 8 a.m today. After a 15 minute wait I was connected.

After explaining the problem I was told someone would ring back in an hour.

15 minutes later I had a call from the Nurse Practioner who assured me that I am not about to pop me clogs. Not in the near future anyway ;) 

I was told to drink plenty (water I think) and no oily foods.I don't anyway.
I asked her to repeat herself as I'm a bit slow on the uptake.
I am reassured.

I doubt my blips will improve even if my Health does but Hey Ho just block me HoHoHo :)
