We don't have'm a lot in my country. But we do have a few tracked out over here in Tilburg where I live. (Home is under the first character of the green label, to be exact.)
They range from 4.3 km (2.7 miles) to 6.2 km (3.9 miles). Five tracks in all. If you walk the outer boarders you make 20 km (12.5 miles). They can probably be done by bike as well. Have to try that sometime.
