Fungus Brain

This giant puffball has been growing in my garden for a few weeks. It looks like a huge brain sitting in the grass. Usually they are smooth and round, similar to the normal puffball. The  appearance of cerebral cortex makes it even more spectacular than usual. It measures 32cm across, and could grow larger.
