A Walk In The Park

We finally ventured outside today for a walk at Almondell this afternoon and Ms H and I were spurred on by the thought of a Nobbly Bobbly at the end. Another Christmas Dinner was consumed at Granny P's and I am thinking that is it for the year... I feel I need a day or two of abstinence... oops, did I say a day or two, I meant an hour or two! Every little helps!
