Rio Brekkie

Favourite spot at Apolo for breakfast in Rio. Just around the block. The pastry contains prawns in a lovely sauce and is impossible to eat without it crumbling to pieces. Everyone has their own technique and I'm far from mastery!

Coffee was followed by a seven hour uninterrupted stint at my desk, with Dd at her's, too. All helped by overcast weather. We'll have tomorrow completely off, as our local welcomer and flat-keeper is coming round to do a few things, so we will be in voluntary exile for the day but back at work again on Saturday. Hope to get the decks cleared 'ere long!
