Out early this morning for a walk at Buttermere.  Was hoping to capture the lone tree with reflections and got there just in time.  Didn't walk around the whole lake because of Misty's stitches but did enough to satisfy us both.  Got chatting to a few people along the way and two of them showed me photos on their phones of another famous lone tree in Snowdonia.  I can't believe I haven't heard of it, so now I can't wait to go and see it next time I'm there.
