I've been a bit spaced out today - I woke at 4am feeling pretty poorly, so not a lot of sleep was had. Lyds was an angel though, sitting with me and making me laugh until I felt better.

Still, I managed to get going on my next assignment, due next week, tidy my room and apply for a job.

Today laughter (and efficiency) are higher than all pain.

p.s. it was Lauren and Tom's one year anniversary today - just wanted to say congratulations to them both :)
