Stand By For Action

I've been having a bit of a Gerry Anderson feast this holiday, watching two or three episodes of Stingray, Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons or Joe 90 each day. It is six years ago yesterday that the great man passed away from the cruel effects of Alzheimer's Disease. Gerry Anderson is one of those few artists without whom I cannot imagine what my life would be like and yet he did not even receive a knighthood. Oh well, his legacy lives on the hearts and minds of millions around the world, young and old. S.I.G.
