Move it or Loose it.

The lovely daughter walks up the hill each day.  This morning we joined her.  When I stopped for a photo to catch my breath she would do some repetitions of an exercise.  The forester joined her for this set.
There is an annoying wind that gets up in the afternoon so still no swimming in the sea.
Yesterday was filled with a variety tasks and I didn't pick up the camera.
