Brighton Beach...

...near Dunedin, NZ.

Today we made a journey south down the coast to our own Brighton Beach.

2km up a dry dusty gravel road we stopped to admire and buy some art/craft pieces for Mother to take with her to Melbourne as gifts. We first met Starfish Photos (www.starfishphotos.co.nz at the Daffodil Show we attended some weeks back. The photos on hessian bags were very enticing - 2 for travel and some lovely images of native birds on magnets made their way into Mothers possession. On the way home we stopped and I had a short ramble on the beach with time to click off a few images.
