A Very Merry Christmas

Today we were lucky that not even Violet is an exceptionally early riser, so we were able to have a reasonably leisurely start,  After some present opening, mainly by Violet we got ready to receive the family joining us for the day.  As usual, we had a wonderful time: lots of food and drink, silly games, laughter, even more presents, and even more food and drink, and  all agreed that it had been a very festive time!
My main shot is the Christmas pud(made by my sister in law and quite delicious) proving that vodka is the best spirit to make it flame: so much so, that the eagle eyed will notice that the (real) holly has started to catch fire! 
My extras feature Violet opening her favourite present, a pink guitar and all of assembled at the dining table ready to commence eating.
