Rio Waiter

He was a dab hand at preparing the vinaigrette to accompany the steak, rice and chips we ordered at this everyday 'diner' around the block, here in Copacabana.   Clients sit on little fixed stools, tight against the undulating counter, which makes for some very social eating with strangers!
