GOOAAAAAAL!

I was at Wembley Stadium, London for the Boxing Day match between Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) and AFC Bournemouth.

Spurs are using the national stadium as their home ground while their new stadium is being built.
Wembley has a capacity of 90 000 while Bournemouth's home ground has a capacity of under 12 000.

The enthusiastic, travelling fans are very vocal in their support of Bournemouth.

Although I am from Bournemouth, I am sitting with my son and my grandson in the Spurs section. They (and I) are HUGE fans and they go to every game.

Spurs triumphed in a very enjoyable game, winning 5 - 0 to go second in the Premier League at the halfway mark.
