I was out for some early exercise today. This is the north end of Ambleside with Wansfell behind. Taken just after 8 o'clock.. The photo would no doubt be rejected immediately if entered in a competition but for blip I don't mind if it has no technical merit. 

Home by 9 then off to the Rohan sale at 10. Just one purchase ...... a jacket for my husband. It's a Christmas present, a day late but I saved £30. We're both happy. 

Then more housework. I know what my new year resolution is going to be.
