Perfect Christmas Present!

Here is Rudolph in the arms of his doting foster mother!  He was the first of the little pups we looked after to be re-homed and as you can see he has grown quite a bit - in fact he's doubled his weight! 

My friend's son and his wife came to see the pups on their first day with us and fell in love with Ru - as he is now known - and adopted him three days later!   We are especially delighted because not only was he our favourite but it means we can see him from to time when he visits his "granny"!

What was really heart warming was the way he immediately recognised me as soon as he saw me, going wild with excitement, wagging his little tail, wanting to be picked up and then lots of nuzzling and gentle biting of fingers!
