Stanage Edge

The Christmas Day Walk was up to Stanage Edge for the panoramic views. We’re visiting in Sheffield and it sounded very nice. The clear sunshine in the City was replaced by less vista-friendly cloud and mist as we climbed towards the Peaks and I’m afraid this was about as good as the views got!

However, we enjoyed our walk, chatted with a few folk and spent a very pleasant Christmas Day indulging in food, drink and conversation.
