For the Record,
This day came in with thick fog eventually burning off, but still overcast and dark as the day goes on.

I bent down to get birdseed from the bin and bingo, out went my back. Tonight's colonoscopy prep should be fun with with a back out of whack!

I had a more elaborate blip in mind, but it will keep. This cat is amazingly sweet.
