Better than Christmas lights

Lovely freezing morning. Very slippy out walking!

The light of the sun was bouncing backwards and forwards across the Tyne first thing. Quite startling!

Amused myself on the bus this morning by assessing the size of televisions through the open curtains of the West Road.

This evening was much better. The actress and her friends were talking about the expectations in the House of Windsor. This was followed by a Christmas discussion and all I heard was 'When I was little, we used to get turkeys from Ireland; I loved to clean them out and cut off their heads!' I think I must have missed a bit!

There were also two ladies who had bought enough bedding for a small hotel and complained when they had to sit at the back.

My evening bus trip made up for an uneventful day!
