It has been a lovely, full, Christmas day. Our daughter came over in the morning to open stockings, share brunch, then dive into our pile of gifts. Next we talked with family on the East Coast, and then prepared a turkey dinner for some friends who came over for the evening. After a leisurely dinner and a new game, everything is put away, the dishwasher is doing its job, and my bed is beckoning.
