Standing Out

This lovely tree is a Pohutukawa, the New Zealand Christmas tree.

We are in Akaroa for a couple of days. I am still not feeling too well so I don't think I will be doing lots of gardening. John is going to mow the lawns for me. They sure have grown.

It was cool when we arrived but has gotten warm now.
