Christmas Greetings

Dull and misty Christmas day here in Campbeltown.
A relaxing start to the day. There was some light reading as new camera manuals were flicked through this morning.
Both Beachcomber and I have treated ourselves to new cameras.
Mine is a non Blipfoto camera which can print its own little photo prints.  The photos that you take can be saved and ones to print can be chosen from its memory and printed later on :-)

At about 11am we drove the ten miles or so South to Southend then followed the road round past Dunaverty beach and Kiel to Carskey Bay. One seal on the rocks at Kiel today. Tide high. Sea quite calm with waves breaking very close inshore.
No painting today too busy getting used to the new camera :-)
I hadn't noticed this little piece of 'wall art' before but it provided a bit of colour on an otherwise dreary day.
