Be Well
I didn't feel well today so I made some simple healthy meals for breakfast and lunch. I also had some ginger tea to help with my stomach ache. It made me feel a lot better to just relax and not put pressure on myself to get things done.
I've been having trouble just slowing down my day. This helped a lot.
