Beware

I suppose even paper wasps are entitled to a bit of space especially at Christmas time.  And when they wave their antennae around it's best to take a backwards step.

We are supposed to open OGH on pubic holidays, but seeing that we have Total Fire Bans for the foreseeable future, OGH won't be open for the foreseeable future.  It just not safe.  So the paper wasps will live to survive another week, before I'll have to destroy them.  They are not generally aggressive, but they are too close to the footpath to let them live.
