City tram

We were in the city for a couple of hours this morning. It is great that the tourist tram was up and running quite quickly after our city was earthquake damaged. The city is slowly taking shape with many new very modern buildings popping up. I imagine that it will probably be another 5 years or so to completion. Sadly some people will never see this happen.
