The calendar

Today I gave the calendar to my sister, and she loved it.  She went through it page by page, exclaiming over the pictures and the quotes, which she believes will help her stay focused on her painting and keep working even when she's not feeling drawn to her easel.  So all my obsessive hard work has paid off and I am very joyful.  She's been painting since she was 15, and her recent work has been getting better and better.  I've tried to support her in her art all these years and her persistence amazes me, as I have so little capacity for it myself.
