I still have loads to do and I'm running out of time.
Made gingerbread cookie dough to take with me tomorrow, made saffron cookies that didn't turn out as they should - but eatable anyway, made two cake bases and using one, made one batch of apple compote with was to little so I'm making another batch right now. 
Thankfully I have time tomorrow morning and the morning after that before everything must be done.
