In The City

This week I've been using privatised transport to get in and out of the office. There are various valid reasons for doing this and I normally avoid travelling by train or bus if I can.

Sounding like a grumpy auld bloke, the infrastructure we have in terms of the network of trains is simply not good enough.

This week, so far, has reinforced my view. 

Compared to our European cousins, our 'system' is just rubbish.

And in this respect we have a cheek in wanting to cast them aside.
