Ms Davis, at 97, is another of the town's grand ladies. She's a writer amongst other things, and though she proclaimed herself to be retired she still has plenty to say. I had a brief coffee and a chat while trying to get a couple of shots without intimidating her with the camera. She was then off to drive into Palma to look after a friend.
