Dramatic sky!

It was an extremely hot day today and towards the middle of the afternoon we could see storms to the north.

The storms didn't reach us in the end, just made things very sweaty and humid and gave us this beautiful dramatic sky at sunset. This is actually the view from our kitchen window.

We reached 38 degrees celsius by mid afternoon (100.4F)....whew summer has arrived with a vengeance!
