Men at work

A farrier came to shoe a couple of horses at my first morning job. By the by, he’s also the farrier for the horses I actually get to ride at the farm.

Some of the old cowsheds are being made a bit more horse friendly, so there have been builders in for a few days. Here he’s cutting through the bricks to make a new doorway. He said the bricks are so old it was like cutting through a chocolate Flake!
