Tracking

We are going through a cycle of freeze - thaw - freeze - thaw - .... The ground was hard this morning and all the traffic of yesterday was frozen. Unfamiliar footprints which we decided belonged to yesterday's postie could be tracked to the street. The evidence of various car manoeuvres were there in front of us. We could follow the dog's late afternoon wonderings long after she rediscovered the virtue of log stove warmth.

All tracks were accounted for which is reassuring. Now, time to make tracks.
