Gentle Decay

Once upon a time, this fishing boat was well loved but the owner was forced through unknown circumstances to lay it up.  He carefully covered it with tarpaulins supported on an aluminium framework to preserve it for better days.

Sadly, those days never came and it now lies forgotten. Its weatherproof covering has long ago succumbed to the elements and the aluminium frame, no longer employed, is starting to do the same while the fabric of the vessel sadly follows suit.
