What a day! Got the fridge working again. Our bank cards seem to be Brazil-friendly again after hours and hours of queueing and that was after we'd spent hours getting call-able numbers , as the free numbers aren't available from here. And I didn't kill anyone. And Bb didn’t kill me. That's positive :-)
