Breakfast

Husband had a day off feeding today so we were able to get up a bit later which was really nice. We did have to go up to the shed to get some hay for the horses. It's the first time I've seen the cows since we put them in. They look at peace. It's a nice light and airy shed for them, they even get the sunshine.

I went for a wee run at lunchtime. Tentatively attempting getting some fitness back so I can feel better and have a better energy flow.
