Pagan Christmas cake decoration

My not-so-little sister has decorated one of the Christmas cakes that I made on 21st October. I do like her pagan design, as blipped.

We're now back at my mother's house in Northumberland having caught the 06:55 service from Waverley this morning. It's been a tough day for me because I'm absolutely worn out with all this to-ing and fro-ing, and I still have not recovered from my recent illness. I felt so poorly this afternoon that I had to dose myself up with painkillers and slope off to bed for a rest.

I hope that I now have enough energy to get through this evening's dinner party with Keith and Tony that Mr hazelh and my mother plotted while I was tucked up in bed!
