Last light, Aikerness (Day 1326)

I waited until it was light this morning before I wandered up the hill with the woofers. A much more pleasant experience than stumbling around in the dark. 
A bit later, my beautiful wife and I made our way across to Stromness and took the hosses out for a bit of a ride. It was lovely to be out in the sunshine on a windless morning (extra). Billy was pretty good most of the time, though he did have a bit of a brain fart at one point and I took the safe option of getting off before I fell off. All in all a good ride and another chance to learn a bit more. 
We had a very brief stop at home to collect the woofers then zoomed off to Aikerness for a walk along the beach. It was starting to get dark despite only being around 2 pm, but the colours in the sky were fantastic.
