Shopping day

We were up early to prepare for the arrival of Jason the wood stove service man. Our Morso stove has disappointed us by burning through its back plate again. It is such an awkward thing to manhandle in and out that Rob has refused to ever do it again. Fortunately Jason seems to enjoy the challenge. Then he gave us a lecture about what a wonderful hand made stove it is and how we should load the fire to keep it burning low. Suitably humbled we paid him (only £20!) and promised to try harder!
Then we went for final shopping so as to avoid the madness that is surely coming!
