We went to the village carols in our local pub last Sunday.  There was a raffle (or in Cumbria a drawing) to raise funds towards a new community centre.  There was only one prize, and now it's mine.  I will be sharing the contents with family and friends, as I don't want to put on a stone over Christmas.  Everything in the basket is German, as it was filled by the organizer's daughter, who happens to live in Germany.  And everything is eatable except for a Christmas decoration and a novelty incense burner, which are not in the photo. (And the basket!)
