When I retired I saw myself pottering in the kitchen making chutney....(never having had time to amuse myself in this way prior to that point).

Here are this years’ efforts-apple chutney from my neighbour’s apples and rhubarb gin from my other neighbour’s son in law’s rhubarb.

The gin is just delightful and so is the chutney—a little hint of aniseed from the star anise in the recipe. Good job.
