Chicken pox or allergic reaction?

Becca has these blister like marks on her arms, legs and bottom! Spoken to a nurse on NHS 24 and it seems ok to leave overnight so doctors first thing tomorrow. She's not got a temperature and was playing away fine all day but still a bit worrying!
